As standard practice, its best to target firmware updates to specific vehicles before deploying a mass firmware update to all vehicles.
Simply place the firmware file in the following folder on the computer that is receiving the data (USB Radio Downloader, Ethernet Downloader Server, or Network Downloader): This step must be repeated for each branch
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GEOTAB\Checkmate\Firmware
Windows Vista
C:\ProgramData\GEOTAB\Checkmate\Firmware
To update a specific vehicle you can modify the firmware filename to include the GTnumber.
Format for GO2:
GTserial.<ProductID>.<MajorVersion>.<MinorVersion>.DL
Format for GO3/GO4:
GTserial.<ProductID>.<MajorVersion>.<MinorVersion>.DL24x64
To update all vehicles at a specific barnch, do not include the GT number
