Removing bread crumbs from map

If a vehicle's bread crumb trail is brought up on a map, is there a way to remove it from that same map or are you forced to layer other vehicles on top of it or open a new tab / window?

If you have Checkmate 5.3.1, there are a couple of options, You can go to View-> Clear Map You can right click on the track and select Hide Entire Track and this will remove it from the map.
