Geotab Ranked Number 406 Fastest Growing Company in North America and Number 49 Fastest Growing Company in Canada

Toronto, Ontario – November 13, 2014 – Geotab, an industry leading telematics engineering company, is named as one of North America’s fastest growing technology companies in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and Canada’s Fast 50 awards for technological innovation, entrepreneurship, rapid growth and leadership, based on the percentage of revenue growth over five years. Geotab ranked 406 and 49 respectively with a 187 percent in revenue growth from 2009 to 2013.

“Technology Fast 50 and 500 winners achieve success and strong growth as a direct result of their leadership and commitment to innovation,” said Pascal Lamoureux, Partner and Leader for Deloitte’s Fast 50 program. “They make significant contributions to the evolution of the global technology industry.”

Now in its 17th year, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ program recognizes leaders in the Canadian technology industry and tracks the successful growth of Canadian-grown global leaders. The program augments the broader Deloitte North American Technology Fast 500™ initiative, with winners automatically eligible for this elite ranking.

Geotab's CEO, Neil Cawse, credits innovative research and development programs with creating the company’s innovative, one-of-a-kind, end-to-end telematics solution with the company's 187 percent revenue growth. Cawse said, “This is the fifth consecutive year that Geotab has been recognized on Deloitte Fast 500 Technology Companies list in North America and the fourth year that Geotab has been in the Fast 50 in Canada.
