MyGeotab: building regular, incremental changes

Published on December 17, 2013

We understand that even the smallest changes to MyGeotab can prompt changes in how you use the technology

December 17, 2013 - We want to delight customers by delivering innovations that are proactive. At Geotab, we have adopted a philosophy of continuous improvement that builds positive customer experiences. Instead of broad, annual releases that can be difficult for customers to absorb, we are instead making small incremental enhancements that are easy to understand with benefits realized immediately. This allows us to respond to customer and reseller feedback more effectively and timely. Beyond the release of MyGeotab 5.7, we will be moving away from a versioning system and instead refer to the software as MyGeotab. As new software builds are released we will tell you what has changed.

We understand that even the smallest changes to MyGeotab can prompt changes in how you use the technology. For that reason, Geotab will highlight all notable changes in our publicly accessible document: guide.geotab.com. With the incremental innovations, we expect our customers to enjoy all that our premium quality software has to offer.

Our goal is to provide the best software in the industry. To help provide us with feedback on how we can keep improving MyGeotab, simply hit the “feedback” tab upon logging in to the software.
